The Fitness League
Meets every Thursday (not through the summer) at Jubilee House from 2pm to 3pm.
Jubilee2Dance Club

Let's Stay Healthy Group

Madeley Court Bowling Club
Meets at the Court Centre every Tuesday and Thursday from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. The cost is £1.65 per session and £5.00 per year for club membership. For further information contact Mrs Walford - 883885.
Madeley Court Sports Centre/Telford Trust
There is a free flex card available to people over 60, on application and with proof of address. The flex card will give free entry to public swimming sessions. It gives concessionary rates for the Aspirations Fitness Suite. All other activities, such as Low Impact Aerobics every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am. Further information - 680291.
Madeley Cricket Club
Cricket in the season and the bar and social activities all year round. Membership of the club is by application. Call in and pick up and application form or telephone 585600 (evenings or weekends). The club has a Senior Citizens Bowling section which is held every Wednesday afternoon. In the winter there is Indoor Short Mat Bowling on Wednesday afternoons at 2.00 - Contact Mabel Owen - 684578. Ladies Darts is every Wednesday evening.
Over 50's Aerobics

Over 50's Ski School
At the Ski Centre, Court Street, every Friday from 10.00am to 12 noon. Cost - for 2 hours £10.10 or £8.80 with a flex card. For 1 hour £6.80 or £5.75 with a flex card. All abilities are welcome, further information - 586862.
Sutton Hill Short Mat Bowls Club

Abraham Darby Senior Citizens Lunch
Every Thursday (term time only) at Abraham Darby School at 12.00. Senior Citizens are invited for a fresh cooked meal and a cup of tea for as little as £1.00.
Age Concern Day Centres
Age Concern run two Day Centres in the area. One is held at Jubilee House on a Wednesday and one at Bridle Court on a Tuesday. They provide Bingo, quizzes, lunches and trips out. The Centres are only open to frail and elderly people who would otherwise be housebound. Free transport is provided. - Dawley - the second Thursday of the month at The Lord Hill, Dawley. Lunch costs £4.50 for two courses with tea or coffee.
- Hadley - the second Monday of the month at Hadley United Services and village club. Lunch costs £5 for two courses with tea or coffee.
- Newport - 1st Monday of the month at The Last Inn, Church Aston. Lunch costs £5.75 for two courses with tea or coffee.
